Yes, there is a beach, but it’s manmade; and yet, somehow, it delivers the same sense of sun-soaked escapism as any oceanfront retreat.
My love affair with Dubai began the moment I realised it’s a destination that delivers the extraordinary in bucketloads, a city of boundless ambition, where the lavish is standard and the impossible feels entirely doable. And Park Hyatt Dubai fits right in, even if it does so in the most understated of ways.
